As 2023 comes to an end, we are blessed to look back on another successful year. With new products and services for our customers, 2023 has been a time of growth. Here are some of the highlights made possible by our customers and team.
New Hose Shop
To compliment our mobile business, we opened our first store in Charlotte. It’s stocked with Parker hoses, fittings, adapters and other accessories. Customers visiting the store can get assistance from our expert techs who will build a custom hose assembly while they wait.
Emergency Mobile Repairs & Scheduled Maintenance
Emergency mobile repair experienced significant growth in 2023. Customers share that they love our Quality, Speed and Price. They also love our honesty. We tell them the truth if we have jobs ahead of them so they can make other plans if needed. Our techs love solving problems to get our customers up and going quickly.
Scheduled maintenance for Heavy Equipment also took off in 2023. Our skilled technicians use the same Quality & Speed focus to perform fluid and filter changes on job sites per our customers’ schedules. We do scheduled maintenance at a fraction of the cost OEM Dealers charge, allowing our customers to deploy their resources to higher priority tasks.
New Construction
The new “Boom” in American manufacturing is so exciting and Carolina Hose Service is proud to be a part of it. This year, we are proud to work with multiple factories in the Carolinas for their greenfields or expansions. We installed miles and miles of hydraulic hard lines and hydraulic hoses in a variety of factories, from foundries to plastic injection molding plants. We love American manufacturing!
